I dont believe so because i saw an interview and he said that he will be in oklahoma this tour.

Bon Jovi will start a world tour in January 2008 for the 'Lost Highway' album. Right now, they are just playing arena shows in New Jersey throught the summer and into the fall. I think that I saw this info on bonjovi.com somewhere. Hope this answers your question. :)
