Paypal verification help

Ebay asks for verification now and I do not have my own credit card (too young for it actually). So what do I do? Can I verify using my mum's credit card?

If you have a debit card I think you can use that as well, instead of a credit card. I know when I signed up with paypal years ago that is what I used as I didn't have a credit card at the time.

I have a debit card and tried registering but with no luck. It doesnot accept it. What should i do. Can i buy and sell online without verfying my account.
