I love spicy eggs made with onions, green and red peppers, curry, cumin, garlic, red pepper and then when scrambled and cooked, fresh lime is squeezed over them.

Like you, I don't and I can't eat raw eggs. I always want it cooked. I'd like it cooked in any way as long as it is cooked.

I like it cooked, any kind of cooking. When I was a kid, I used to eat cool raw eggs.

I dont eat eggs, but i know how to make it. there isnt a big science in making an egg, but there is ofcourse a big one in breaking it rightly. i dont even eat the cooked one so no question of the raw. my hubby use to drink raw egg in milk before. i cant even stand by it, it smells so awful.

I like to eat eggs in raw but it should be of the native variety we have here in my country. We usually boiled the eggs for health reasons, lecithin is not downgraded with boiled eggs. Fried eggs are also fine though I control myself with that. Eggs are really versatile to eat and to cook. have a happy egg eating day to you and the whole gang.

In my family I'm the only one not eating raw eggs... I like them scrambled with tomato or just fried with some butter. We have only one recipe for 'raw' eggs that I like: I don't know whether it is international: we call it "zabaione": we separate the yellow part the yolk of two eggs in a glass or a cup and then we mix it, manually or using a mixer, adding 4 little spoonful of sugar for each egg in the glass. When everything has become creamy and foamy you can eat it, or put in the ice for 15 minutes or add some milk if you want. That's the only way (apart from mayonnaise) you can see me eating something containing a raw egg. bye.
