Anyone into Bachata dancing?
The music beat is very nice, and the dance, very sensual and sexy.
Problem I have is, I am very shy when it comes to dancing this dance, especially on the dance floor!
How do you overcome this shyness?
Any good instructional videos for Bachata to introduce?

Never heard of this before!
Nearest I can link it to is the Lambada. Is it like that? But that was 'in' quite long ago, haha.
Is it even more sensual than Salsa? I think a lot of ppl go for Salsa to get picked up and pick up others. Guess if you go with your wife, it's ok!

it is nothing like lambada...
the music is really nice, and the beat is also 4 counts.
I don't know how to describe it to you. You have to go down to the dance floor to see in order to understand what I mean.
If you happen to go down to Union Square next time, and IF we can meet up there, then I can point it out to you when the music comes on. My wife loves the dance, but both of us cannot do it very well.
Heh heh... Still got a long way to go to pick up this dance!
