I received a forwarded message about lipsticks and here is the message all about:"Next time you go shopping for lipstick, just remember this. This came from someone who works in the breast cancer unit at Mt. Sinai Hospital...Dr. Nahid Neman. Recently a lipstick brand called "Red Earth" decreased their prices from &67 to &9.90. It contained lead. Lead is a chemical which causes cancer. Some of the lipstick brand that contain lead are as follows: Christian Dior, Lancome, Clinique, YSL, Estee Lauder, Shiseido, Red Earth (lip glosee), Chanel (lip conditioner) and Market America-motnes lipstick. The higher the lead content, the greater the chance of causing cancer. After doing a test on lipsticks, it was found that YSL lipstcik contained the most amount of lead. Watch out for those lisptick that supposed to stay longer. If your lisptick stays longer, it is beacuse of the higher content of lead. Here is the test you can do to check: 1. Put some lipstick on your hand. 2. Use a gold ring to scratch on the lipstick. 3. If the lisptick colour changes to balck, then you know the lipstick contains lead. This information isbeing circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dioxin Carcinogens cause cancer especially breast cancer."This is quite alarming since many women uses lipstick. And those brands that were stated are most of the brands me and my mom uses. I dont know if its true or not. Whats your point of view, is this true or just one of those hoax messages?
