No one asked, so I didn't go and I didn't miss it because nobody talked to me about it.

My parented wouldn't let me go if I did not have a date. I did not really care to go anyhow. I hate dressing up, and well I prefer Raves, and other types of dances to that formality stuff - DNatureofDTrain

some things in life never come twice, so I always attend all the things and high school prom is one such thing.

prom - prom picture
I did not go to mine, and I'm glad I didn't. Everyone said it was a waste of money. Barely no one was dancing or talking....

I went to all dances and all proms available while I was in high school. It was possibly the best times of my entire school memories!

Nope, I'm glad I didn't go to my senior prom. Most of the people that went said it really sucked.

I went... you didn't miss much. But I guess if you went to a bigger school it might have been more impressive than our prom. Nothing to write home about.

I went to a totall of four. My junior and senior ones and then my at the time girl friend's junior senior proms. I think my favorite would have to be my junior prom. I took one of my great friends to it. We had a blast and her boy friend was cool with me taking her. She was only in 10th grade at the time and it was for 11th and 12th graders unless you were a date of someone. That's why I took her so we could all go together. It was the best of the four.

I went to mine, and I regretted going. It was horribly boring and a waste of my money and time.

I did not, and I'm glad I didn't go. If I did go, I know that I would have at the time tried to force myself to go with a guy. If I could be who I am now, but back in high school, I would love to go. But I wouldn't go back in time to relive high school for anything!

No, I didn't go to my prom, neither did my husband, but about 20 years later one of our local Radio Stations put on a prom for anyone who wanted to attend, mainly for those who hadn't attended their high school prom. So we decided since we had missed the opportunity before we would go to this one. We dressed to the hilt and went to the prom. It was wonderful. There were all age groups and you were seated at tables with name cards. We met some wonderful people and had the best time without all the peer pressure that you have when your in high school.
