Do you clean your own car or do you have it professionally detailed?

My car manages to get cleaned once a year, so, as I cleaned it last summer, it's due to get the once-over again. And it's in sad need of it, too. It takes a full day to clean it properly, vacuuming, washing the leather and dashboard and window-cleaning on the inside. And scrubbing down the mats takes an hour in itself to get all the dirt and grime off them. I had made a promise not to smoke in the car, but on longer trips that hard to do. So I'll have to go over it with Febreeze, as well. I would love to get mine professionally detailed, but never think I can afford that luxury. Which do you do? And if you get it done for you, you're so lucky!
