Yes I do think that it is the best ever. I have all 10 seasons on dvd, plus I watch the reruns on tv. I don't think they ever made a bad show. Ross is my favorite

Kelso is good but Fez is the best. Fez is one of the most stupid series character that I know (I mean Stupid as a good thing), I love stupid jokes.
