I just responded to a friends discussion about thanking a few of her friends for their support, help, good discussions, etc here on mylot. I went outside taking a photo of one of my Pansys to add to my response for her pleasure. Kind of like a gift for a friend. Anyhow take a look at this closely. I swear it really looks like a headless angel. The wings and cloak etc. It was amazing I felt. I just wanted to share it with you all is it. No need for responses etc. Thanks.

Maybe it's a sign for you and your friend Grandpa Bob. I believe that it's not just coincidence and it is really reassuring that there are actually Angels who walks the earth in the form of our friends. Happy posting Grandpa Bob!

Pansies are one of my favorite flowers and have quite a lot of photos of them myself..haven't gotten around to scanning them yet ...yes your pansy does look like an angel...oh, how wicked though...a HEADLESS angel??? LOL

It's actually funny. As I respond to discussions I think "I can take a photo of this or that and add it here". So outdoors I run with my digital camera snapping away. Hahahaha. That's one way I get a lot of walking exercise. Glad you appreciate the photos I add too. I love doing it for my pleasure mostly but also for members like you that show their appreciation so fully. Thanks again. I'm fresh oput of Pansy pics at the time. But attatched is a shot of one of the Astilibes I planted last week. They're starting to bud also. Wooo Hooo!

It's great to see your enthusiasm for gardening, and photography as well. I have a friend who's a professional gardener, and also loves photography. Maybe I'll get the chance to show these photos one day. I look forward to the 'extra photo touches' that you often add.:) I must say too, that your photos have shown me that you could've also been a professional gardener, as your beds, plants etc. look just as wondeful as those at my friend's place.

I know you said that responses weren't necessary, but I felt I had to, it was a beautiful flower and the color does resemble an angel! Thanks for sharing that and I am sure your friend will just love it!

How wonderful Grandpa bob, and yes, it does look just like an Angel. Sometimes, when people are in need of comfort, the strangest things can tun up in the most unexpected places.

If you look even more closely it isn't that she is headless, it is more like she is surrounding herself with such a higher choir of spirits that emanate a brighter power her head is comingled with the higher avenue of intelligent guidance, but she is there watching you and protecting. Good third eye, in this case our real eyes . . .

THat is so pretty! Do you have a flower press? you could keep it forever. But I guess the photo does that as well!
