in our country which is the Philippines, i noticed that alot of nationalities have started living here like americans, koreans, chinese, etc. i grew up knowing that each culture has its own characteristics and thaty i should respect those and in return my culture would also be respected. so now that i'm older, i find it pretty easy to accept and adjust to other peple's cultures. :) what about you? are you easily acceptant of other cultures?

I am usually curious and potentially tolerant to all culture. I respect most of their traditions. But some of them are in confrontation with my way of thinking or moral norms. So then i will try to find a compromise or at least explanation, i will look for some more information.

what a nice answer. i do agree with you. compromise is a nice way to deal with different traditions and cultures so that there would be no big conflicts regarding cultural differences. we should be aware of what other cultures are so that we can not make bad things which hurt other people of different cultures. :)

In my job I work with people from other cultures on a daily basis. I have found this to be the most rewarding part of my job. Yes I am very accepting of other cultures and welcome them into my life openly. I wish everyone did, it would be a better world. cheers,

I find it easy to accept other people cultures as well. I like to learn about other people cultures and why they do certain things. I think in accepting other peoples cultures it is easier to understand them. I live in America in a big city that has many different cultures. Not just American cultures being displayed and practiced on a daily bases.
