Do you happen to know any Suicide hotlines for the Philippines?

I have a friend whom i think have suicidal symptoms and somehow i like to help her. She has been depress and lonely this pass few days. I have known her since we were kids, and she have a suicidal tendencies from childhood. She always tell me that she feels No one cares and that no one really loves her. I kept telling her that its not true. We get over this emotional problems of her often, but now it seems she it is hard to let her understand that there are people who loves her. I was thinkinng of a HOTLINE for these cases. Most hotlines are international will that be helpful too? thanks
