which one is the best female contraceptive ; to avoid from pregnancy ; can u suggest please.

I think oral contraceptives are the best. Some methods include: 1. Jabs - Ouch! So Painful! 2. Patch - How to bath?

For short term use tablets that kills sperms. You have to keep it in vigina 10 minutes before you start making love. That pill will doslove itself. WHat it does is killing all the sperms. In India the brand name of one product is "today".

Total abstinence is the only 100% safe one. The pill is probably the next most effective, provided it is taken as prescribed.

I will suggest use the coil after having the children. There is no side effect. You only need gynaecologist to give you a check up and do the insermination once till you want to take it out.

All of them have a chance of not working and none of them offer protection against sexually transmitted diseases.... I think that the Depo shot probably is the most convenenient....you only have to have a shot a few times a year....no pills to swallow or remember every day...
