Frozen Vegies!

Just had some BBQ chicken for lunch and with it I had frozen peas and corn. Lately with the price of fresh vegetables going up sky high I've found we are eating more frozen and packet vegies. Is this good do you think? Apparently most vegies like peas and corn are picked and packed on site so they are very fresh when they are packed but do you think they lose some of their goodness?

We love frozen veggies. They're much healthier and better tasting than canned. They're also convenient. Our local grocery store always has many bagged varieties for $1. We use them all the time.

I think that they are actually just as good as the fresh ones, with the exception of broccoli. Due to the fact that they are snap frozen they are just as good as the fresh ones, which usually sit around on the shelves for ages & ages.

You know I;m not a huge fan of vegies myself. But if ask me I dont think it's not ggod for you. They may lose some flavor or whatever. But I really dont think they are much diffrent.
