How long will you fall asleep?

Usually I am very tired after a whole day's work and housework. Besides, most of the time I go to bed late. Therefore, when I lie on the bed, I can fall asleep very soon. Usually it won't last 5 minutes and I am already asleep.

Same here. I must say, we are really lucky type of people to fall asleep as soon as we go to the bed. This indicates that we have no disturbances coming to our head that prevent people from falling asleep.
Unfornunately, there are lot of people all over the world who find it very difficult to fall asleep. They take medicines which work for some time and then they are back to the same problem.

I think the people who have sleeping problems, they suffer a high pressure. If they can release themselves, it may help.
