Restless Sleep

Stress of life is getting me. Late nights, irregular sleep and meals is taking a toll on my body. Now, even when I have the time to sleep, I can't seem to rest well at night. Waking up a bit of a struggle and the rest of the day would be a constant fight to stay awake. Does anyone have advice to get better sleep at night? I'm not fond of medication though.

I also had this same problem, amongst other ailments. A friend of mine turned me on to Himalayan Goji Juice. It has helped with so many of my health problems. I now sleep like a baby. My Chiropractor's wife was having the same problem. I told her about it and she is now taking it and sleeping like a baby. Also gives you energy during the day. It is good stuff. lmaureen

Hmm, I haven't heard of this Juice before. Where did you get it?

My friend sent me my first case and after that I started ordering it. I was telling so many people about it, that I have become a distributor. There is a 90 day empty bottle guarantee, so you can not go wrong. I have never had any returned, just people wanting more. It real is a good product. Go here: http://lauranicholson.freelife.com There is a ton of information there. Also if you want to read what other people have written in about go to www.gojihealthstories.com. There are over 72 scientific studies on it and we have many doctors that are using it and recommending it, including a renown Oncologist, Dr. Marcial-Vega. He also has done studies. Anyway, it has saved my life, as I have several other illnesses and have gone from 17 pills a day down to 9. And my medical doctor and I are working on getting those down as well. She has started drinking it, so that has to tell you something. She was so skeptical until she saw all the changes in my blood work from just drinking the goji juice. Anyway this is just FYI. I enjoy helping other people, so I just share what I know for a fact really works. If you have questions, just let me know. Laura

Try taking some magnesium supplements. Its not medication it a mineral supplement will only supply the body with what it lacks. Magnesium helps the muscles in the body function properly. Both as active muscles but more importantly to relax. I really have had great succss with more sound sleeping after taking magnesium
