do you exercise?

do you exercise? what do you do to exercise? how often do you do it? me, wu shu(a martial art) is my way of exercising...i take lessons 3 times a week 1hour on mondays and wednesdays, 2 hours on saturdays...

I'm hearing wushu for the first time.I use to swim everyday swimming being a whole body exercise.Martial arts are also the best forms of exercise and fun too.But don't overexercise since it will cause muscle fatigue.A minimum exercise and a healthy diet will keep you fit and younger.If time allows please leave a line about wu shu.I would like to know about it

I play tennis as part of a class for 2 hours twice a week. Also, when it rains on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I run 2 miles in the morning. Sounds random, but that's the policy for my tennis class! Otherwise, I guess I walk around a lot but I don't consider that exercise; it's more just mandatory travel.

i used to play tennis too..but only for 1 hour once a week..i had to stop because of wu shu though..i am not good at it too... i just played for like 2 and a half months?or 3? i can't remember

i try to make time for a short walk every day and when i have time i make a day of it and go bush walking it keeps me very fit

i do exercise.i walk 20 minutes in the morning everyday.walking is the best exercise.it is also good for your health.i also go to the gym and do some cardio exercise such as weight lifting.i also do pull-ups and push-ups every alternate day.
