Do you worry about almost every little thing? I had that problem for almost the best part of my life. Now for some reason I worry a lot less than I did 5 years ago and I think I can contribute it to age and my partner who has taught me that you choose to feel the way you do. There are choices in life you can get upset or worry over things or blow them off. She has told me there is a positive side to everything choose that side and you will be more content with yourself. MY partner is very wise person beyond her years.

Oh, I don’t know this is my nature or I have been brought up to worry things. It is not easy to get rid of this habit – I just worry almost everything before it really happens. E.g. As long as I notice my daughter cough a bit, I will make sure she wears enough clothes and well looked after to avoid the illness. When I invite friends or relatives over for a meal, I will prepare the amount of food more than enough, otherwise I will worry…I have been told many times by my hubby or friends that ‘Don’t worries’. But there are not any good remedies to cure my ‘worries’…LOL

I used to be a horrible worry wart...I worried so much about everything to the point I'd make myself physically ill...I finally managed to get past that habit some yrs back though...Now I really dont worry about much at all if there is nothing I can do about it...Whats the point ya know...

I have to say that I have been known to be one. It was to the point when I was younger I would get sick over worrying about everything. Today I still worry but not as much as I used to. I watched a show and it talked all about you can control the outcome of your life with positive thinking. If you want something positive to happen you must be positive but if you think negatively then the negative can and will happen.

I don't worry too much, I usually look at things too positive to really worry about something I guess. Only when something keeps going on for a longer time being out of the ordinary I tend to worry a bit, but definitely not like some people do.

I do worry a lot about things I shouldn't, but I really can't help it. I can leave to go somewhere an hour early, and be 5 minutes away from the place and still have 30 minutes until I have to be there and I can think the worst will happen to make me late. I don't get it.
