Should a president be of 40-45yrs or above 60? which would work better.if you think person above 60 yrs is good than why in government services retirement age is 60 yrs???

It must be above 60 years. As compare to 45 years person he has greater experiance and The president is not doing any physical work so that government services retirement age is not consider in this discussion.
