Do you like the movie Crash

It is relatively old movie in 2004, and get some OSCAR awards, so I think many of you are already heard about it. It is about the races problem in America. Is also bring another movie to my mind American history X. stared by Edward Norton. Do you agree about the race and multi-culture problem in the movie is really what happen in US? Since I;m not from US, I have few information about that in US, is this the real?

To an extent this exists in the US because there are some people who take the problems of their life into the work place. Racism is very prominent in our society as in any other society and the movie brings all these aspect to light. This really is a problem in US.

With the development of the communication, the people of different cultures from different race will contact with each other more frequently, there comes more possibility of race comflict. That is why the right wing begin to have more seats in many Europe countries.

I think a lot of it was showing how racism only exist if you allow it to and that the fact of the matter is we are all different colors and a lot of the time we do fit into stereotypes and people of an opposite color may make a joke or not think before making a comment, but that doesn't mean they are racists, just means they are human and have a sense of humor so everyone just needs to lighten up.
The movie won the Oscar for BEST PICTURE.
It was a good movie, but the formula for the way it was written and also the ending seemed sort of stolen from an earlier film called MAGNOLIA, which wasn't about race, but had the peculiar weather and intersecting storylines to a grander degree.

Nice point.
I attended a international meeting sometimes ago, during the dinner time, the british talk joke of german about their accent, every one accept it, including german. that is what we call humor. But I do heard some accident about racist, what they did is nothing about humor.

yes, i liked the movie crash. at first, i thought that it wasnt anything interesting, you see, i prefered the movies which had something to do with romance and comedy. however, i was so bored that day so i decided to watch it and i was surprised to find myself being more aware of what is really happening in reality in america.

yes it's a nice movie 3 oscars 40wins 60 nominations great movie and how small is the world...and ...what some people did in the past and then they help after they maked them harm. really nice movie but....amercan history X it's even greater! i liked the scene where the main caracter put the "victim" with mouth open on pavement and hits the back of the head whit the foot on the back of the head and the sound of the tooths on the concrete ....ufff make me tremble
