How much do we get from our referrals??

I refered two of my friends here in Mylot ..I hope I could get some extra money from their discussions ..Anyone here show have the same situation as mine? Please tell me how you get some extra money from your referrals..

Invite them to discussions. Take the focus off the money aspect. I don't look at my referrals as a 'way to get money'. I want to think of them as friends and business partners. True, I do earn money with referrals, but not if I don't put there interests in front of mine.

ask them to post 10 per day... and discuss 50 per day i hope it can work..
