Do you have a good figure? Is it important for you? If you keep a good figure, how to keep it in your daily life? If not, do you want to lose your weight? In my opinion, I think if one person is too fat for a long time, it's bad for his/her health, even bringing some problems, without confidence, job-hunting difficult, etc. In the past, I was a fat girl. But when I realized the importance of keeping a good figure, I began to keep on a diet,eat more fruit and vegetables and did lots of physical exercises. It's really work and now I'm in a good figure. Do you have any good way to keep a good stature? Let's share your method together!:)

Hello mexshyl I think the most important is our health, if you feel comfortable with your weight and keep healthy why you should changes it. For me i have to lose my weight because of my health, and sometime i want to have more slim body so i can wear sexy dress or my old jeans. I try to do more exercise and manage my food.
