how do you handle hangovers?

I try to shower, take a pain relief tab and just lie down and try to get some sleep. However, in my country, there is also what is known as "drinking garri", this really helps a lot, lol.

i have had hangovers before most especially during my college days. but we don't drink every day, on special occasions or on weekends only. I drink with my fellow door/room mates in the dormitory. those were the days really. hmm, i rarely have hangovers really since i will be asleep almost the whole day. i would advice you to take a long shower or bath for that matter. you should drink a lot of water so that you will be visiting the bathroom to get rid of the liquid wastes stored in your body. the next time you go drink with friends, you should ask me to accompany you guys. he he he. i haven't drink for a very long time, i kinda miss it. =)
