I've watched this movie" THE FLIGHT PLAN" and wonder if the actors or actoress really use the passenger plan to stage their movies.

Fred, yes they do. They use a mock up of a real plane so viewers get the sense of being totally immersed in what's going on. More research goes into recreating reality in movies than we realize. Flight Plan was an excellent movie that got panned, which is a shame, because Jodie Foster did a great job with her role in it.
