Weight loss???

Do you think only for running 2-2.5 miles a day every day is good enough for weight loss? Or u prefer more exercise for weight loss. If u have any please share with us

Sounds good to me as long as you do everything else that you need to do to lose weight such as watch your diet. Be sure to bring water or juice with you on your run. Good luck and happy running.

Running that sort of a distance should probably be sufficient I'd say, it'd be a couple of hundred extra calories burned so.
