After this AIDS I havn't heard much about syphyllis and gonorreah?

They're still there, don't worry :). Just like any other STD they're still out there and actively spreading.

I think those disese are still there, they go to the doctor and get treated even now, but never expose it to others.. Thank you for this Kalyni

May be you are right.Those ailments have lost their charm and not as famous as Aids anymore.

Well, because AIDS is the killer, that's why. It gets all the attention. However, sexually transmitted diseases like syphyllis and gonorrhea can increase one's risk to acquire HIV because of the characteristic sores that makes it easy for HIV to get in. So yeah, these STDs are still there, fueling the spread of HIV and AIDS.
