Tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes!

Yes I said tomatoes. I think my brother has finally lost it. The man has planted about 24 tomatoes, on top of the 8 I had already planted. What is he thinking??? I know, it's a secret plot to get me to start my own salsa business, ha. I don't have time to. Sigh, maybe I can just throw the extras at him.

I have one word to say to you.....Chutney... I think he is going to make lots of wonderful chutney, start saving all your jars, yes I think chutney... I made some a few years ago, it was lovely, gave lots away, it was very popular...

Sigh, send me a recipe! I have several for alsa, and a great one for tomatoe pie, but none for chutney.

I can't remember the quanities as this was a few years ago but I do remember, tomatoes, sometimes I put apples in as well with ginger, chili powder,curry paste to taste...was very nice and I would add a little sugar as well.

That's one of the problems, I still have some frozen from last year.
