Worchestershire sauce
Soy sauce
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp brown sugar
olive oil
This is so simple! Toss in a bowl and whisk until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour into a ziplock type bag and add your steaks. Marinade overnight. Grill to preferred doneness. These were SO tender (salt from the soy and worchestershire) and juicy! We had them with Patio Steaks, but I think any more tender cut would work. Round steak might, but that usually isn't a good grilling steak.
As for the liquid ingredients, I didn't include amounts because it really is to taste. Consider how much meat and make sure the whole batch is totally covered by the marinade!
