How do you change avatars here in mylot? / myLot

Please help me i want to change my avatar but today when i tried editing my profile i was shocked to find that it was not like before. I tried locating the option for avatar change but i could not find it. For a long time i haven't edited my profile and now i totally puzzled to see lots of changes like HTML ability or whatever. I would be grateful to you guys if you can help me assist how to change my avatar.

even i don't know how to change my avataar ..hopwfully after readin the replies i will alos be able to change it ..thanks for asking this question..i will rate you for this ..cheers
