what song makes you cry?

i am a really very sentimental person and a lot of songs make me cry. the most common song however which would make me cry is an old song which i think only few of you know about.
im not old but since my mom likes listening to oldies, i get to listen to them myself and there's one song which is so lonely that it makes me cry. its title is "500 miles" the lyrics goes like "if you miss the train im on, you must know that i am gone, you can hear the whistle blow a hundred miles"..
yeah, that really makes me choked up and sniffing. what about you? what song makes you cry? or just teary-eyed?

A while ago i had a termination, which i was forced to do since i was only 16 and now the song "Brick" by Ben Folds Five makes me cry so much. I love the song but the lyrics hit too close to home.
Another song that makes me tear up is "Breath Me" by Sia. It is an absolutly beautiful song and one of my favorites, but the lyrics make me cry simply because it relates to my life soooo soooo much.

the song that can make me cry is Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle.
It's about a dad and his daughter.
The lyrics goes like this "walk beside the pony daddy it's my first ride. i know the cake looks funny daddy, but i sure tried. Oh with all that i've done wrong I must have done something right. To deserve a hug every morning and butterfly kisses at night.."
It's a song usually sung on weddings.. lol. =D

yes, yes, butterfly kisses is also a nice song. it makes me miss my dad whenever i hear it even though we still live in the same house. i just miss those times when we were playing around the house when i was still a kid. :)

" HINDI KITA MALILIMUTAN " is the sOng that makes me cry whenever i sing it or hear it. Actually, this is quiet a burial song :( I think Filipinos know this song 101% ;)

a lot of songs make me sniff sometimes..like those oldie songs of Boyz II Men, N'sync and a lot more..but i've just heard a song of whom i dont know and its title but it really touched and soothed my soul..the song has this lyrics: "i never seen his face, i never heard his voice but i know he's out there waiting for me..someday, somewer, someone will be there who'll luv me and share the rest of his life.."

oh, yes, some boyz 2 men songs make me all teary eyed too. especially their song entitled "water runs dry". that song really means a lot to me and when i hear it, i sometimes get all nostalgic. :P

There are many songs that make me cry. Most of them are rnb songs in the late 90s. There are only a few songs now that I can relate to. One song I like is "Right Next To Me" by Blaque. Very lovely song. For 2 people parting ways. I feel sad every time I hear this song. Makes me cry even with the thought of it.

Hhmm... A couple of Beatles' songs make me cry, but only once in a while! I'm not sentimental, no. But everyone has those sad days, right?
So, I'd say I could cry easily with Golden Slumbers and She's Leaving Home. If you don't know them, try to find them somewhere and you'll possibly cry as well. ;)

That's an oldie and a goodie by Bobby Bare called 500 Miles Away From Home! I get weepy eyed listening to a song called Mama by BJ Thomas. In june it will be 2 years since her passing. I miss her a lot, but i think of the good times when i am missing her.
