Is there a way of making sure you have the baby you want?

I know this is a kind of funny question, but it has intrigued me to know if there are certain things that can help you have a boy or a girl... is there anything anyone out there has tried, that has seemed to work?

there's the shuttles method....you can do sperm washing and IUI.
