Well I just watched the episode and she did tell him it had to do with Lionel. It was a great episode. Can't wait to watch to see what happens next.

yeah, i read clark finds out why (hasen't aired here yet) she married lex and she also ends it with lex as well. gonna be a great epsiode although we gotta wait for the next season...=(

Well I won't spoil it for you but it's a great episode. You'll want to watch all of it from beginning to end. Can't miss a bit of it.

Lana did tell Clark why she really got married to Lex. She also told Clark that she was leaving him. Clark was happy and he told her his real secret. She said that she didn't care and that he would always be the same Clark Kent to her and then she kissed him. SHe then goes back to Lex and told him she was leaving then she gets in her suv and a bomb blows up. Everyone including me thinks that Lex did it but at the end of the season he acts like he doesn't know.
