do you want to be Genaral or just a solider?

Napoleon ever said that :the solider who does not want to be Genaral is not a good solider.but I just want to be a solider who just need to obey to execute some commands.because I think I am not good at management,organizing,and assign something to somebody.on the contray,I want to do something according to the guidlines.does it mean that I can only be a solider and I can never be in the place of guide?

I think people's potentiality is limitless and unbelivable.Sometimes people can do lots of difficult things which he can even image how could he do it. So just try to cultivate your capability for management, organizing and assingment, and if you really try your best, you'll find you are not the type of person you have defined yourself. Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what the next will be.
