Does Indian cricket need a foriegn coach?

I really wonder why its becessary to bring foreign coachers? India has great people in cricket, sunil gavaskar, kapil dev, kris srikant, manzrekar... etc etc and also younger ones like srinath, venkatesh prasad, robin singh..etc. Simply why we need firangeees ?

Coach is one who uplifts the teams ability,but also it is equally expected from players to perform upto their potential.But a big jolt that cricket team has given to Indians in world cup,it shows that the scene is entirely different,now its not the coach that matters but it's the team players that have to be either changed or improved by any means to regain their true level of cricket.What a coach would do if players themselves are showing their poorest ability?
