copeland spode china florence pattern

we have a plate all i know is that it has the florence pattern on it. on the back there are numbers and letter printed. there is no surface stamp from copeland saying that its a florence pattern. can you tell me what the letters and numbers may mean? i also think this plate is about 50 years old.
