Credit Cards : Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB.....

Which is your personal favourite? Personally, I like Visa most because it's widely accepted in my country and also in the region. Mastercard is also quite ok but in some cases we need to spend a certain amount before it is accepted by the retailer.
AMEX is rather difficult to use because most retailers don't accept it as apparently the rate it charges is much higher than for other companies such as Visa.
Do you own cards by all these companies? Why or why not? Please share your stories. Thanks.

i will have my first credit care in two weeks,i just applied for one.and i choose visa,i like this kind,i don't know if it is widely used in my country,but i am sure i've heard about it before.about mastercard,it's name is too long,i don't like long name.lol,and i have little knowledge about credit card,so i don't know AMEX and JCB...
it seems that you know a lot about credit card,may i ask you for details if i have some problem about it?

VISA is widely used in my country as well, mastercard the the second largest. AMEX is avalible but I don't know anyone that actually got one!? I prefer VISA as well.

I only have one credit card, and that is the one my bank made me have. I have enver sued it, in fact i've enver ever used a credit card becuase i don't want to ge tinto debt and rpefer to use my debit card where i know i can only spend the money i actually have.

i think it's visa! i have 3 visa's lol..i have 1 mastercard, but i never use it, just for the sake of having a mastercard credit card. hmm..i should terminate it eh? hehe. i don't have amex or jcb...

I have mnay credit cards all of them are Visa because they are the most accepted one and don't charge much. Everywhere I travel I can pay with my credit card, not even technical failures if chip and pin is not accepted you can zip it or use those old machines.
AMEX is difficult to get and to use but it is extremely safe and secure. As there is no limit, the fraud prevention is reinforced and you can get calls whether you approve or not transactions.
