How to be an Efficient and Qualitative Blogger?

Well I am surfing blog sites since last two three months. I have posted a whole lot. I am sure many members of myLot have a long blog experience. Can anybody share his/her opinion about how can a blog be made more effective and qualitative. The tips for increasing traffic on a blog. Waiting for an response from myLot members.

Hi, I am not a seasoned blogger yet, but I can say you got to write quality content,update your blog daily and submit to blog directories to get visitors I am working on that.

I don't have a whole lot of experience, but I've started a few blogs. I love to read and I love computers, so my two blogs are: Free books: http://free-o-lib.blogspot.com/ Free software: http://soft-give.blogspot.com/ Maybe not the best, but I try to bring free goods to the people :-)
