Do you like hot tubs? and if so would you go into a friends tub?

I now own a hot tub. It came with the house we bought. I did not know anything about tubs other than they were hot and wet. I been told by friends all kinds of negative things like IE: you can get diseases, infections, and so on. Well I've been jumping into one now for 8 months and sometimes three times a day and I'm okay.

I've actually never been in one or seen one up close. Of course I've seen them in stores and stuff like that, but I've never been around one that isn't in a store.

My cousin, who has lots of pain from an old car accident, discovered that she could actually get a good night's sleep after soaking in a hot tub. She immediately went out and bought one! I think they're safe as long as the water chemistry is properly maintained. I love 'em, BUT I'd hesitate to go in a public hot tub!
