I would have to say it does not go away, the girl I first fell in love with,but we wre parted before we could get married,and never seen again,I still fell we were meant for each other and I think of her very often even now. That was when I was 18,I am now 60 and never did get married. From what I have seen,the person may die,but the love never does. Blessed Be.
