Taking GRE

Hey guys... For many of us, studying in USA is the gateway to a dream job and more ;) Lets discuss on GRE study plans, books and tactics to CRACK GRE. First question, has GRE gotten really hard? Many of friends who have taken GRE in the past year have scored in the range of 1000 - 1200, hardly any1 has crossed the 1300 barrier. What's happening? And what's your dream GRE score? More realistically, whats the range of score for getting a good university in branches like say M.S. IT with full scholasrhip?

I am a Chinese. To myself, the verbal test was so hard, because lots of words I didn't know what they mean. But, after I spent 2 month in memorizing these words, it seemed to me that GRE was not so hard indeed.
