what do you do to keep in shape?

Now that the nice weather is finally here (YAY) and its not too hot yet to be outside, i have started walking home from work most days (when my knees aren't absolutely killing me - i have bad osteoarthritis)...i love to walk and pretty much walk everywhere i go (we only have one vehicle and hubby drives that as he works quite a ways away and there is no transit to his job)
what do you do to keep fit?

Wow..
Just walking seems to do fine. I walk everywhere with my wife and son, sometimes I run though to keep fit and play sports. all this seems to help :)

you must exercise everyday, eat vegetables and fruits everyday and sleep 8 hours a day.And avoid to eat more sugar and fats.

I do a lot of walking too but i also try to do at least an hour of excersize a day. Today i went swimming but most days i choose one of my keep fit DVDs and do one of them. Or i play tennis or go running with my partner.

I go walking for about 45-50 minutes each day from Monday to Thursday. I am not as fit as I would like to be but this exercise keeps me moving and energized!

I keep fit by bike riding on the beautiful bike path by my house and by dancing.
