do you like blue cheese?

I love blue cheeses. I love it in sald, in dips, on roast beef sandwhiches. Fried blue cheese is amazing. Blue cheese though is the kind of cheese I can really only eat a little bit of without feeling sick. Oh, I love it in mashed potatoes as well. The great thing about blues is that they come in different varieties, so I really believe everyone can find a type they enjoy.

Sometimes I like it other times I don't I guess I have to be in the right mood to eat it. I do like it on burgers on occasion. It is really good that way. I like it on salads also
