Are Your kids afraid of monsters under the bed, were you afraid of monsters under the bed? I can remember being afraid to dangle my feet out of the covers for fear there was something under my bed. I was sure there was something under there at times and would hide under the covers and sometimes on a hot summer night it was pretty hot under the covers. My daughter was afraid of her room when she was small. We decorated it all in pretty colors and in the covers and curtains she liked. She still was afraid the monster was in there. Finally we took a spray bottle with water in it , told her it had monster spray in it and would spray her room at night. Ah it worked. Like fly spray only this took care of all the monsters. What got you over your fear of the monster under the bed if you had one and what do you use for your children if they are petrified of something under their bed? Try the monster spray if you cant get rid of your monster.

i dont believe that there is a monster under the bed, well maybe because the bed that i used to sleep on when i was a little girl is not the kind of bed that you can put things under it. the only thing you can put under the bed we had was slippers and shoes. so maybe thats the reason why we dont believe in things like that. that was a great idea using monster spray. very clever

I used to be scared of those ugly monsters..and I know they were ugly- I saw them. Only kidding. I think all kids are. My son did not have a problem with monsters under his bed...he had one that had drawers under the bed but we had the man in the wall. Yes, he saw a face in the paneling on his walls and he only saw it at night. I was lucky though...I had a 120 pound Doberman, who would not allow anyone to hurt him or even come near him. When I explained we had an anti-monster, anti-burglar, anti-everything dog, he was quite happy. BTW- I have heard of people using Monsters Inc as a solution to the monster problem...who could possibly be scared of a monster like Sully.

Sounds like that dog would do the trick to keep anything away. I think you can see things in the wall and the ceiling if you stare long enough. The shadows can get you. It was the boogie man when I was little.

Hi,onabreak2!! When I was young,I was afraid of the Monster outside the window. I believed that there is a huge Monster outside the window and it would eat me when my parents fell asleep.I told my papa that I could see a huge, long, dark arm of the Monster, and I was scared to close my eyes.I asked my parents sleep with me but I found that it was useful.I still felt the Monster. So my mama asked me what I did or saw these days.I told her I watched a T.V.programe every afternoon and this program introduced some Monster in the world. So my mama thought that the T.V.program affected me negatively. They stopped me watching the program and then I found that I could sleep as before. So maybe the kids who believe the Monster under the bed are affected by something they see, listen to or do in day time.

i use to believe there was a monster under the bed, and my brothers were older than me (mainly only 1 of them) use to play on it and say yes he will get you if you get out of your bed. so that scared me for a while til i realised he was only trying to scare me. i have never heard of the monster spray before but good to keep this inmind as when i have kids and they think there is monsters then this would help them feel better.
