I'm looking to use some at home teeth whitening products and would like suggestions on what works the best. Has anyone use the new aquafresh white trays? Do the Crest Whitestrips work all that well? I am looking for something realitively inexpensive but has good results in a reasonable time. Let me know your experiences. Thanks

It is best to use only white toothpastes. If you have a white tray for the teeth you can put some baking soda on the tray and leave it for some minutes. Or when brushing your teeth you can incorporate some baking soda on your toothpaste and then rinse and gargle. Hydrogen peroxide also helps, try putting some on your teeth and then gargle, you can do this after brushing.. I think Crest white strips also works. But you must avoid drinking coffee, or avoid smoking because these can stain your teeth. Also , you have to visit your dentist for teeth prophylaxis every 6 months.
