Best place to find out

Statue Greek or Roman? - I have no idea what the heck this statue is.

What is the best way to find out what a particular statue is if you're not sure of what the name of it is or if it is Greek or Roman? Our pool statue is now a permanent fixture on our property but no one in the family knows what the origin is. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
