No matter how old you are, in the eyes of your parents, you are always their child. They'll do everything for you willingly. You may often say I love you to your boyfriend or girlfriend or say thank you to other strangers who help you. Your parents maybe the persons who give most to you, but have you ever said these to your parents before them? If no, from now on, try to express your love or gratitude to them face to face . Don't hesitate. Open you mouth, say thank you or I love you to them.

Yes, parents are really great. They dedicate all to their children without any complaints and don't wanna any return from them. But I seldom express my gratitude and love to them even I only keep it in my heart. As other Chinese, all of us are very traditional in my family. We just keep our gratitude and love in our hearts, and express them by deeds. My brother and I can feel the love from our parents obviously. Maybe I am independent now, I become to give more concern to parents. I will give them phones on some festivals, especially in Mother's day, Father's day. I wanna them know I really love them. Sometimes, I will give them some gifts or money. They could buy things they want freely. I agree with you, we must show our gratitude and love in front of our parents. Just speak them out.

Hello, bettypeng82114. I agree with you. Like most of Chinese people, we are shy to express our emotions to our parents. Let us think it over for a moment . We can say it easily to others why not our parents? I think the most difficult for us is the courage for the first time. If we said that more than once, it would be less difficult for us. So speak it out bravely and express our gratitude to them. Your parents will be very happy. :)

Hello, sandeeptiwari. Yeah, action is the best way. But if you say it out, you'll find they are happy to hear it from you. So have a try, sandeeptiwari. ^_^
