White Sugar,White Flour, White Rice, White Bread, All This over refined food causes sugar highs . You eat and within minutes feel better as the refined starch quickly turns to sugar !!!BUT!!!fifteen minutes later you are starving again. Is this type of food good for us What should we be eating??

no i have read that it is a major reason for rising obesity rates across the developed world, instead, dieticians are recommending that we should eat more of brown rice, wholemeal grain breads, and honey to replace sugar. all thsee are healthier alternatives and also keep us full for longer
