The doctor said he is allergic to the food which has too much protein . Sorry that I don't have any cure idea, he just avoid these food.

lucky for me that i can eat anything for seafoods or the crusteceans. i enjoy chili mix seafoods, creamed crabs, baked scallops and mussels with melted cheese and cream.
i have a friend who is having some allergies on shrimps and crabs too but she sometimes eat little bites of it and taking also some anti-allergy coz the doctor allows her to take some experimental on which type of crusteceans really trigger her allergy. so far she's enjoying little bites already without symptoms coming out.i think there's no cure of allergy. so sorry... but try to confirm with your doctor maybe you can eat little by little and your body can accept then the allergens.

Yes I am allergic to crabs and shrimps, but it wont stop me from eating my favorite. Its summer time and the outing of the company was a shocker where almost everyone got food poisoned. I cant point my finger to any reason for it but I am just glad I was spared from the poisioning which affecting even my department mates. Many said it was the shrimp or the crab that have caused it but I can really say nothing about it. By God's grace I was spared and I was glad the anti histamine that i took before eating the seafoods was the main protrction that saved me from the poisoning. I am just glad that those officemates that got affected by it already were well and was able to report for work.
Hope you have a nice day!
God bless!

Im sorry I failed to answer your question on the allergies for seafoods. Me I take ani histamine for that, its really effective and has given me the chance to eat as many shrimps and crabs.
I would like to share this article with you you; I hpe you will like this.
Are you allergic to seafood or shellfish? The remnants of shellfish are in many foods these days due to modern food processing techniques, so those suffering from seafood allergies have to watch what they eat carefully in many cases.
If you're a shrimp lover but can't eat the tasty treat due to an allergy, there is new Chinese research that has promise. The researchers are on the verge of being able to remove a protein from prawns that can cause an allergic response -- but all without genetically modification.
The Chinese research team took blood from patients with shrimp allergies and then added samples of treated and untreated prawn. By looking as the body's reactions, the scientists were able to find a a protein that causes the allergy, but that can be destroyed by irradiation (heat).

Sad to hear about that shocking event in your company. But glad at the same time that everyone is now ok and thank God you were spared by it. My best regards to all of you... and i think you're right that i should take anti histamine before going to a party wherein i might be tempted to eat my favorite foods which i'm allergic to eat now.
Thank you very much for sharing zelmarq!take care always.

I'm lucky i don' t have, or maybe i haven't discovered it yet. A once neighbor told me that if you are allergic to a certain food, contrary to what most people say, you should'nt spare yourself from eating them. Instead, eat them regularly but just in moderation enough that system could still take without severe allergic reaction, until your system is no longer allergic to it.

I have been allergic to seafood since childhood and I have yet to find any form of cure hun. All I can do is make sure that I have antihistamine in the house at all times, as I tend to react quite badly to seafood, and I carry antihistamine in my bag and in the car too just in case.
