I am tired a great deal of the time. Besides sleeping, coffee,or pills how are some ways I can wake myself up?

Strangly, many think that exercise will only serve to make them more tired. Actually, mild exercise will get the blood flowing and help to wake one up! Try going for a short walk. If that isn't possible, do a few calisthenics or something! It really should help!

Thanks I need to exercise anyway. I need to motivate myself to do it. ;)

How abouth a bath? - let us feel relaxed and refreshed:-)
This is perhaps a result of the sudden change in the weather, i feel myself similarly. May be a relaxing bath and some massage and meditation will be in help?:-)

That sounds wonderful, I try it. Although it may make me want to sleep even more lol. Sounds so, relaxing.

The medication I take tends to make me sleepy around the middle of the day. I usually hop in the shower and that helps freshen me up quite a bit....other than that, caffeine is my savior...LOL
