Paid To Promote Links

I've recently started plugging in my ptp links from donkeymails and no-minimum into some of the traffic programs I belong to. I also signed up for Worldwide-cash recently but have yet to do anything with it. I was wondering if there's any decent amount of money to be made from these ptp links? And if so, what are the best sites that you've personally been paid by to put ptp links into? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

I am a member of few such sites, but I haven't had any success so far. Maybe because I don't understand the concept of this site very well?
Many of them are MLM sites and when you join, they wont you to sign on another 20 sites and put your user name in their sites. It is hard for me to describe the concept, because I don't understand it.

The only site that I've had consistant luck with is Mypoints and Gather. Of course here, but all of those take work. You aren't going to make money overnight, but I've gotten dozens of gift cards from mypoints over the last 5 years since I joined.
