Shrek 3..,.sooooo disappointed!!!

Well..we went today and i am soo bummed out..it really sucked!There was way too much talking..not much funny..and just too much serious drama..for Shrek..theer were some very funny things..but mostly NOT..i was just soo bummed out..the kids liked it..but they didnt laugh like they usually do threw it..just here and there..usually they laugh threw out all the movies,,.sigh....anyone else see it yet? what were your impressions?

My little guy went to see it with a friend and loved it. Thats kinda what I've been hearing so far is that the kids will love it but adults won't enjoy it as much as the first 2.

the graphics rocked.,i was highly impressed by them..but its like they were too busy tryin to tell a story..just a story a and forgot about the funny..i know alot of kids that justthought it was ehh..too bad..well there makin a Shrek $c now..i hope its better...thanks for your reply hun!

Hun im sooo sorry..the first 2 they did an awesome job on..i dont know what they were thinking when they made this.4 had best not be like this or im gonna be one ticked off camper! lol..but at least you didnt throw a small fortune away seeing it..like i did lol..

Well, that is just so sad then. I haven't seen it yet and I don't know if I want to now, but I'll see it just to see it for myself. We might have different opinions about that.

While I have not personally seen it, both of my children (teens) said it was not very good. My neighbor took her small children and said that they even got a bit bored and started wiggling and asking when it would be time to go home?!!?

I haven't seen it.
I'm sure I'll like it though because I don't mind talking aslong as it a good script and funny moments are probably better when they're not as many unless it just wasn't funny. hehe

I don't know. The family and I went to see it and we all loved it. It wasn't as good as the first, but it was still good!

We haven't seen it yet, but it is scheduled to show at our base theater next weekend. We're planning to go. Hopefully, my youngest will enjoy it, and well if you've seen the first 2, you have to go and see the 3rd--right? LOL. I've seen some of the coming attractions and it looked like it would be a pretty good sequel, but you know what tends to happen with sequels--they over hype them, making them out to be more then what they turn out to be.

ouh so you've seen the movie and it sucked? aww i was hoping that it would be good and fun! shrek 3 will only be out in my country this coming thursday, 31st may..so i gotta wait for a couple of more days till i get to see it on the big screen^_^..but now i'm wondering if it's worth it to watch it at the cinema or should i just download it? hehehe...-.-
